Cranberry Pistachio White Chocolate Bark


It takes all of my self control…

to not eat all the delicious treats during the holidays so I've been treating myself to some delicious, yet not over the top indulgent holiday treats that are sure to kick that craving.



1/3 cup dried cranberries

1/3 cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped

1/2 cup dark chocolate mini chips

8 oz white chocolate


1. Melt the white chocolate until smooth. This can be done on the stove over medium/low heat or in the microwave in 30 second increments. 

2. Working quickly, stir in half of the dried cranberries and half of the pistachios. Then evenly spread onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. 

3. Sprinkle remaining cranberries, pistachios and dark chocolate chips over the top and gently press them into the melted chocolate mixture. 

4. Place baking sheet in the freezer for 30 minutes or chocolate is firm.
