Healthier Pumpkin Spice Latte


I admit it..

I get wrapped up in the buzz of the fall season with a pumpkin spice latte here and there but I try my best to keep them to a minimum because there is loads of sugar and chemicals in most of them. Try this healthier alternative to your fall favorite and whip one (or two) up at home! ☕️



1 cup pure pumpkin puree 

3/4 tsp of ground cinnamon 

1/2 tsp ginger powder

pinch of ground cloves

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

pinch of salt

1 TBS agave nectar or maple syrup

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1 1/2 cups milk/almond milk/ cashew milk or coconut milk (whatever you like!)

1 cup hot coffee


1. In a medium pot on medium heat, combine pumpkin puree, all spices, agave nectar and vanilla cooking for just a minute or two. 

2. Stir in the milk in 3 parts thoroughly stirring to combine the pumpkin and the milk. 

3. Once all the milk has been added and completely combined with the pumpkin mixture, heat for another minute or two.
