I was billed an incorrect amount for my subscription

I want to change from monthly to the annual plan
This is easy! Follow the steps below.
In the Bodē by Lex app, go to My Account > Help & Support > Manage Subscription > switch to the annual plan!
I’ve already paid for a subscription, but am being prompted to subscribe again
(stuck and won’t proceed)
No problem at all! First, make sure that you are logged in with the email address or Facebook account associated with your subscription.
If you continue to experience trouble after completing the above tasks, please try deleting and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
How do I cancel my subscription to Bodē by Lex?
Oh no! We're disappointed to hear you're cancelling your subscription. If you want to come back, you are always welcome to resubscribe and enjoy all of the workouts the app has to offer.
Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store.
Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
Tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch/Face ID.
Tap the subscription that you want to manage.
If you don't see a subscription but are still being charged, make sure that you're signed in with the correct Apple ID.
Use the options to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offering, or tap Cancel Subscription to cancel your subscription. If you cancel, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.
Launch the Google Play Store app.
Tap Menu -> My Apps -> Subscriptions and tap on the app of the subscription you’d like to cancel
Tap “Cancel” and “Yes” to confirm the cancellation
Your status of this Subscription has been changed from Subscribed to Canceled.
*Please note: sending an email or request to our support email address or in app support will not result in a cancellation of your membership. You must follow the steps above to ensure your account is cancelled. We are unable to adjust or modify memberships on our end.
