No problem at all! First, make sure that you are logged in with the email address or Facebook account associated with your subscription.
If you continue to experience trouble after completing the above tasks, please try deleting and reinstalling the app. If the issue persists please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org!
The app crashes during workouts
The app is stuck at a blank white screen and will not proceed
First, try uninstalling the Bodē by Lex app and reinstalling. If this does not work, please send an email to email@example.com with the details of the issue, device you are using, and operating system version.
